Payment
Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched. All prices are shown in the local currency and include VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and for items that are sold out or discontinued.

Receipt of Order and Order Confirmation
When you place an order on vildnord.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. However, a binding purchase agreement is not entered into until you have received an official order confirmation from us.

General Conditions
To shop at vildnord.com, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you can still make purchases if you have obtained consent from your parents or guardian, or if you otherwise have legal rights to enter into the purchase.

Right of Complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint when purchasing from Vild Nord.
